NEW YORK , NEW YORK - (For immediate release) -- April 18, 2005 1:00 PM
InstaDial® is pleased to announce that it has officially launched phase one of the InstaACCESS debit MasterCard® Stored value card program, www.instaaccess.com . Phase two of the product launch is anticipated for June of 2005 and will include the IVR integration and the long distance calling card program. The InstaACCESS program will be marketed to consumers in the United States , primarily through direct and indirect online marketing and a reseller distribution channel.
InstaDial® has completed the InstaACCESS trial and propagation phase which included testing the cards with all MasterCard®, Maestro®, Star® and Cirrus® merchant networks and ATM banking networks. InstaACCESS is currently finalizing the development of the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Service and InstaACCESS Long Distance integration. The InstaACCESS Long Distance phone service works very much like a traditional prepaid calling card, except without the plastic phone cards. You can make phone calls (and recharge your prepaid cell phone) from anywhere in North America to anywhere in the world by calling our toll free customer service number and following the IVR prompts. It's that easy all it takes is a phone call.
The InstaACCESS Stored Value cards program represents substantial revenue opportunities and has created an opportunity to forever change the payment industry. Credit cards are no longer essential as a means of purchasing products online, consumers can now take advantage of real-time transaction processing with the InstaACCESS Stored Value card. There are an estimated 50 million Americans without credit cards and almost 10 million households (representing 40 million people) that do not have bank accounts with 20 % of households paying their bills in person. Estimates suggest that Stored Value transactions could exceed 2 trillion dollars in a few years. There are currently 20 million Stored value card users and this is expected to expand to 49 million users by 2008. In 2003 Stored value cards were used to make $ 42 billion in transactions and is expected to grow to $ 72 Billion by 2006. InstaACCESS allows consumers to purchase items online (especially teens), make debit purchases, receiving payroll direct deposits (no check cashing fees), withdraw cash from ATM, pay bills, purchase prepaid cellular airtime, control family member spending, place long distance calls and send money around the world. The InstaAccess two card program will retail for $ 39.95 and include $ 10.00 credit balance loaded on the card. InstaDial® estimates that each card could generate $36 - $120 in recurring annual revenue.
The InstaACCESS two card program (Debit MasterCard® Card & a Maestro® Card) allows consumers to move money from one card to another at a fraction of the cost charged by traditional money transfer companies. The InstaACCESS Debit MasterCard ® and InstaACCESS Maestro ® Card can also be used to move money to family and friends in the US and Canada or around the world; and it will cost the consumer a lot less than using the other money transfer services that are available, such as a money order, wire transfer, or conventional money transfer companies. All you need to do is send your family member or friend the InstaACCESS Maestro® Card and once they receive the card you can begin to move money onto their card from your InstaACCESS MasterCard® Card. The Maestro® cardholder can then go to any ATM worldwide which displays a Maestro®, Cirrus® or STAR® symbol and withdraw the funds.
The advantages of the 2 Card System are:
