The final phase of the InstaACCESS product development, specifically the trial and propagation phase, is now underway to ensure the InstaACCESS Debit MasterCard® and Maestro® card is compatible with all MasterCard®, Maestro®, Star® and Cirrus® merchant networks and ATM banking networks. The InstaACCESS trial and propagation phase will take approximately 2 weeks, at which time the program will be available for rollout to the US Consumer market.. This rollout is significant to InstaDial because Management estimates that each active and used card could generate $36 - $120 in recurring annual revenue.

The final development of the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Service and InstaACCESS Long Distance integration is also completed. The InstaACCESS phone service works very much like a traditional prepaid calling card, except without the plastic phone card. You can make phone calls (and recharge your prepaid cell phone) from anywhere in North America to anywhere in the world by calling our toll free customer service number and following the IVR prompts. It's that easy all it takes is a phone call.

The InstaACCESS Debit MasterCard The InstaACCESS Maestro Card

The InstaACCESS two card program (Debit MasterCard Card & a Maestro Card) allows consumers to move money from one card to another at a fraction of the cost charged by traditional money transfer companies. The InstaACCESS Debit MasterCard and InstaACCESS Maestro Card can also be used to move money to family and friends in the US and Canada or around the world; and it will cost the consumer a lot less than using the other money transfer services that are available, such as a money order, wire transfer, or conventional money transfer companies. All you need to do is send your family member or friend the InstaACCESS Maestro® Card and once they receive the card you can begin to move money onto their card from your InstaACCESS MasterCard® Card. The Maestro cardholder can then go to any ATM worldwide which displays a Maestro®, Cirrus® or STAR® symbol and withdraw the funds.

The advantages of the 2 Card System are:

• The 2-Card System comes with an InstaACCESS Stored-Value Maestro Card and a Stored-Value Debit MasterCard Card.
• The ACCESS Stored-Value Maestro Card works similar to the Debit MasterCard and can be given to a family member to use.
• The ACCESS Stored-Value Maestro Card can be given to a family member or friend anywhere in the world and money can be moved onto it. The users can then go to an ATM and withdraw the funds.
• Moving funds will usually cost up to 50% less than other money transferring services.
• Both cards can be re-loaded with cash over and over again.

The InstaACCESS Maestro Card is a stored value re-loadable Card that can be used by consumers everywhere Maestro is accepted. They can load money onto the card and use it to purchase goods and services at retailers, restaurants or department stores and they can withdraw cash from over 900,000 ATMs (that displays one of the following symbols Maestro, Cirrus or STAR) worldwide. Unlike cash, the InstaACCESS Maestro Card is very safe. The cardholder can report a stolen or lost card 24 hours a day and the remaining balance will be transferred to a new card. The InstaACCESS Maestro Card will be the choice for a fully featured Card.

The InstaACCESS Debit MasterCard Card is a stored value re-loadable Debit Card that operates similar to a credit card, authorizing purchases and cash withdrawals from over 900,000 ATMs worldwide (that displays one of the following symbols MasterCard, Maestro, Cirrus or STAR) up to the amount you have on deposit. It gives you the safety and low cost of a Debit Card with the strength of the MasterCard brand.

The InstaACCESS card will be an all-in-one prepaid, debit card and prepaid phone card and will be unique to the industry. The card will be marketed in the United States and the targeted demographics already use many variations of calling cards and money transfer systems, this all-in-one solution will provide the value and convenience that the targeted consumers are seeking. Using Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and a touchtone phone, card holders can obtain their balance, change their Personal Identification Number (PIN), do card to card transfers, get operator assistance and directory assistance, make long distance phone calls by purchasing long distance minutes and charging to their debit card, check their calling card balance, recharge their pre-paid cellular time with most major US carriers, pay bills, and purchase future prepaid services such as Health benefits, prepaid Internet services and Roadside assistance.
